Refreshing Indoor Pool

The indoor pool was a fantastic escape after long days out in the sun. It was spacious and well-maintained, making it a welcoming place to cool off. Although the indoor pool is unheated, it was still refreshing, especially on warmer days. Plus, the added option of a relaxing massage was a nice bonus!

Great Pool for Swimming

The outdoor pool area was perfect for both relaxation and activity. I enjoyed getting some laps in during the afternoon, with plenty of sun beds available around the pool for lounging afterward. It was well-kept, and the presence of a lifeguard made it feel safe for everyone, especially families with children.

After a long history of staying at this hotel, I was disappointed with my recent experience. While the property's cleanliness and the staff's attempt to be accommodating were commendable, the overall experience was tarnished by poor dining options and unhelpful service. The location is convenient, but I would think twice before returning due to the treatment we received and the issues we faced during our stay.
